Pilot Gold Intersects High-Grade Copper-Gold-Silver Intervals at TV Tower Project

Pilot Gold, a gold exploration firm, has encountered long, high-grade copper, gold and silver intervals from the initial two holes drilled during the 2012 campaign conducted at the Kucukdag (KCD) target, which is located in the TV Tower project in Turkey.

TV Tower Drill Plan Map

The company intersected 0.53% copper, 5.94 g/t gold and 12.6 g/t silver over 137.1 m in hole KCD-39 that expands the high-grade breccia zone, containing copper, gold and silver in hole KCD-02 over 50 m towards south. Pilot Gold became the project operator in July, 2012.

Pilot Gold encountered 0.51% copper, 0.93 g/t gold and 7.0 g/t silver over 69.0 m in hole KCD-38; 1.36% copper, 18.88 g/t gold and 13.1 g/t silver over 27.0 m, 3.33% copper, 55.75 g/t gold and 30.7 g/t silver over 3.0 m in hole KCD-39.

These drilling results denote the initiation of an aggressive exploration campaign, which includes 16,000 m of diamond core drill program, current geochemical sampling and surface mapping, and property-wide airborne geophysics program.

A 9,000 m of drilling program to be conducted at the KCD target is specifically designed to infill and extend the mineralized footprint. The company has completed about 2,500 m of drilling, totaling 12 holes, and is waiting for the assay results from 10 holes.

Recently, a third drill rig has arrived at the project, and the company is expecting a fourth rig by this month end. Remaining program of this year will target step-out and infill drilling at the KCD northern area. The company will conduct a systematic testing on additional high-priority target areas during early 2013. The high-grade intervals containing copper, gold and silver have been encountered during Pilot Gold’s previous drill program at the KCD zone.
