Cadillac Ventures Reports Assay Results from Thierry Mine Project

Cadillac Ventures has announced assay results from the deep holes CV-11-02 and CV-11-03, which is drilled into the “tooth” at depth of the Thierry mine project. Cadillac has cut 2.12% copper over 8.2 ft in CV-11-03. The company has encountered mineralization at depth of the two holes.

So far, Cadillac has finished five out of six holes that targets the tooth shaped void at the depth in the Thierry model. Now, the company is drilling the sixth and final drill hole in the tooth. It is expected that the present drill hole will be completed soon and the Thierry resource will be recommenced including the drilling at the tooth and the strike expansion drilling to the west and east. According to Norman Brewster, President and CEO, Cadillac is expecting a positive effect on the Thierry mine resources based on the constant optimistic results achieved in the resource expansion drilling.

The company will target two additional areas at Thierry, after finishing the sixth and final hole at the tooth. Primarily, the deep drill rig that is onsite will be mobilized to the eastern extension drill hole area. It will drill approximately at middle of the hole to analyze the depth of the model to the east around 300 ft. Cadillac will move the smaller drill rig to begin drilling on the K1-1 historic resource at this month end. It will drill around 3000 m in total and has planned to analyze the lateral expansion to present K1-1 model and to examine the region below the known model for depth extension.
