Brookmount Explorations Signs LoI to Explore Precious Metals Mining Opportunities

Brookmount Explorations, Inc., a U.S. exploration and development company, is pleased to announce it has signed a letter of intent with SL Group Holdings Ltd. to explore possible interests and opportunities in certain producing precious metals mines.

SL Group Holdings currently owns and operates 2 gold production facilities providing positive operating cash flows in Northern Sulawesi province, one of Indonesia's most significant areas of gold mineralization. The objective of both parties is to enter into a definitive agreement. Should a definitive agreement be reached, it could result in a change of control.
