Explortex Energy is a Texas-based independent oil and gas exploration company with North American operations. It has completed the farm-in agreement with Borderline Operating for the Bryson Project, in which Explortex owns 80% working interest in a 75% Net profit lease over 300 acres in Jack County.
Now, the company has submitted an 8K on March 15, 2011. It has plans to drill five wells at the project land.
The Project is situated to the north of Bryson, Texas and is preferably positioned in the Fort Worth Basin. The Jack County’s northwest area is familiar for several prospects and prospective and will be found at the Bryson Project.
Besides Barnett Shale resource play, there is an additional potential in the Marble Falls Limestone, which presents directly over Barnett Shale. Marble Falls Limestone becomes a productive target in the project due to scientific advancements that is related to the dynamics of the Barnett Shale play.
