BonTerra Resources Announces Additional Gold Assays from Eastern Extension Project

BonTerra Resources has received the gold assays from additional four holes drilled at the Eastern Extension Gold Project.

The company has cut 8.95 g/t gold over 6.2 m in the hole BA-11-23. It has found intense gold in the altered and mineralized quartz layers. Two samples in BA-11-23 contain visible gold and the highest grade intersected in this hole is 42.6 g/t matched with the sample containing 15 visible gold specks.

The President of BonTerra, Mitchell Adam, has stated that the company has confirmed the occurrence of larger gold zones by additional drilling. It is yielding significant results while intersecting the veins having visible gold. The company is continuing drilling with an aim to perform the first NI 43-101 compliant resource estimation for the property.

So, far, BonTerra has drilled 32 holes at the property. The assay results further three holes, which is drilled to extend the peninsula zone towards the west, is pending. As reported earlier , the company has intersected 27.60 g/t gold over 3.33 m, 8.01 g/t gold over 14.00 m in BA-11-05 located in this zone.

Geologica of Quebec is controlling the drill program and sampling. ALS Chemex of Quebec will crush, pulverize and fire-assay the samples for gold.
