Bravada Gold has released the assay results of 10 further reverse-circulation (RC) holes from the present 50-hole drilling campaign that is continuing the near surface oxide mineralization expansion at its Wind Mountain project, Nevada.
Additionally, the company has authenticated the completion plan of a PEA and a fresh resource estimate during the first quarter of 2012.
The company’s in-fill holes has examined the resource sections, which has low resource significance because of the earlier drilling shortage. Bravada has intersected 1.148 g/t gold, 32.9 g/t silver over 16.8 m and 0.819 g/t gold, 24.3 g/t silver over 30.5 m in the hole WM11-066. A mine dump is present on this interval and has encountered 0.412 g/t gold equivalent in this hole.
Bravada has expanded the shallow mineralization through the drill holes present in the northern direction of the 2007 resource. It has cut 0.604 g/t gold, 18.1 g/t silver over 13.7 m in the hole WM11-068.
Recently, the company has drilled 4,108.5 m, totaling 50 holes. The results of the three holes drilled at the South Wind pit target are pending. Bravada will carry on archaeological, geological and metallurgical studies for the subsequent few months. It is anticipating the completion of PEA and an updated resource in the first quarter of 2012. The drill campaign during 2011 has signified the extensive rise of the resource and the PEA is expected to be more vigorous than assessed earlier.
