Harris Exploration Completes Acquisition of Fyfield Minera

Harris Exploration, Inc. -- The Company is pleased to announce the formal acquisition of 100% of all the issued and outstanding shares of Fyfield Minera SA, a privately held mining and exploration Company registered in El Oro Province, Ecuador with offices in Machala, Ecuador.

Currently Fyfield's highly skilled and experienced 3rd generation management team operates the Muluncay Midas Project #1 (Midas 1), an exploration, exploitation and mining operation currently producing ore at 60 tpd, with an estimated resource value present of 6 grms Au equivalent p/t. To date all production revenue is being reinvested within the project. Further exploration has exposed six 1m wide additional veins, off-shoots from the initial 2.5m wide Cristina vein located 80m from the operating adit. The Company plans to continue further exploitation of these new veins while increasing their Midas 1 60 tpd output to 250 tpd.

The Company further announces the appointment of Mr. Eduardo Luna Lara, General Manager Fyfield Minera SA, to the Harris Exploration Inc, Board of Directors. An Internationally recognized Mining Consultant, Eduardo brings many years of hands on expertise and management experience to the Company. His ability to communicate and provide socially acceptable mining solutions to federal Governments, local municipalities and their many cultures is invaluable to the future of Harris' future endeavors in South America and our focus in the Ecuador operations at Muluncay.
