Great Quest Fertilizer Renews Exploration Permits for Tilemsi Phosphate Project

Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd is pleased to report the renewal of the phosphate exploration permits for its Tarkint Est and Tilemsi claim areas. The Tilemsi phosphate project is composed of Tarkint Est, Tilemsi and Aderfoul exploration permits.

The 2 renewed permits are valid for 2 years and subject to be renewed once for 2 more years. The Aderfoul permit was received after Tarkint Est and Tilemsi, and as such has not come up for renewal. Malian Mining law allows for regular renewal of exploration concession permits, given satisfactory work has been undertaken during the preceding period.

Commenting, Jed Richardson, President & CEO, said "With these renewals in hand, the company will continue work and carry out the necessary procedures to advance towards a mining exploitation permit, with a view to achieving small scale production in 2015."

Great Quest also announces the filing of its second quarter 2014 Financial Statements and MD&A on SEDAR, and the resignation of Mr. Abdoulaye Pona from the Board of its Mali subsidiary, Great Quest Mali S.A. Mr. Pona's resignation will allow him time to deal with his mining and other business commitments and his company, Mali Mining House S.A. will continue to hold a carried net profits interest in the Tilemsi mining project. The Company thanks Mr. Pona for his valuable contribution to this project.
