MDN Begins Drilling Works at Samaqua Property

MDN Inc. (the "Company") wishes to make an update on the exploration activities on its wholly-owned Samaqua property.

As planned and mentioned in the December 15th company press release, the drilling works has commenced on Samaqua. A minimum of eight holes will be drilled for a total of 1,500m on the previously identified targets. The targets were selected following the results of the high definition airborne magnetic survey and the induced-polarisation geophysical survey. The drilling will be done by Chibougamau Diamond Drilling under the supervision of IOS Services Geoscientifiques from the Saguenay - Lac Saint-Jean region.

"The drilling will last over two weeks and should enable us to confirm the presence of a carbonatite and to reveal the niobium potential of the propriety", commented Claude Dufresne, President and CEO. "The results will be available toward the end of the first quarter", M. Dufresne added.
