ARANZ Geo, developer of 3D geological modelling software Leapfrog®, has released Leapfrog Geo 2.2.
Leapfrog Geo 2.2 includes a wealth of new features developed in response to user feedback for greater flexibility and control.
The release further strengthens the path between Leapfrog and mine engineers with the introduction of industry standard sub-blocked models. Block models can be built in Leapfrog models and exported into widely accepted formats such as Datamine and CSV.
The release also improves Leapfrog’s core, the interpolant modelling functionality.
Shaun Maloney, ARANZ Geo’s CEO says, “By focusing on delivering more of what our users want we’re able to deliver more time saving features that reduce geological risk.”
The workflow solution allows users to rapidly construct multiple models that consider multiple hypotheses, tested against multiple futures for more realistic, sophisticated and robust evaluation. New information is quickly and dynamically added, keeping models up-to-date.
Maloney adds, “We’re totally committed to our customers and we will continue to develop Leapfrog Geo in close consultation with users to keep improving the geological modelling experience.”
Users can download Leapfrog Geo 2.2 from www.leapfrog3d.com and can register with their local Leapfrog office for a live demonstration of the new advances.
