Prairie Lake Wins Bernie Schnieders Discovery of the Year Award

MDN Inc. is pleased to announced that Rudy Wahl, one of the owner of the recently optioned property Prairie Lake, received the Bernie Schnieders Discovery of the Year award for Prairie Lake, by the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association.

The award recognizes an exceptional discovery in Northwestern Ontario during the previous calendar year and it was presented to Rudy Wahl at the NWOPA Awards Dinner in Thunder Bay on April 14, 2015.

In 2014, Mr. Wahl discovered numerous high grade niobium, tantalum and phosphate occurrences on Prairie Lake with assay up to 1.63% Nb2O5 on grab samples and confirmed by a Geological Survey team of the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines in Thunder Bay ("MNDM").

Earlier this year, MDN signed two option agreements to acquire 100% of the Prairie Lake and Prairie Lake South properties with the intention to start a first phase exploration program in the course of 2015.

"We are extremely pleased to see this award being granted to the property we optioned in February", commented Claude Dufresne, President and CEO. "Northwestern Ontario is a very large territory, which demonstrates the magnitude of the discovery," added M. Dufresne.

Jacquelin Gauthier, geological engineer, acted as the qualified person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 and approved the technical and scientific content of this press release.
