Intertech Solutions Updates on Production and Operational Permit for Mining at WPE Gold Project

Intertech Solutions Inc. is pleased to update shareholders as to the progress being made for the production and operational permitting for mining at the WPE Gold Project, located near Quartzite Arizona.

The Company has been working diligently with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) fulfilling any and all requests for submissions; however they have recently requested an expanded environmental assessment which is now being addressed by our Environmental Consulting Group.  ITEC has now has scheduled the final environmental report dealing with the expanded scope of issues to be completed and submitted to the BLM Yuma office no later than September 4, 2015. Upon review of the report ITEC has been informed there will be a thirty day public review period and after that time ITEC anticipates being fully permitted to commence site and plant commissioning up for mining operations.

We continue to be confident and hopeful on receipt of our M.P.O. permit.   In the interim, ITEC continues to work on all the ancillary planning with our engineering team.

Additionally, a third party, independent N.I. 43-101 compliant engineering report has now been completed and posted on ITEC's website. The key findings of the report indicate a calculation of 1,063,000 tons of alluvial material in the main channel of the permitted lands for production measured from surface to a 25 foot depth. The report also discusses in detail the project sampling and results with conclusions that "Accordingly, the most conservative and likely grades to anticipate in forward-going exploration will be in the 2.0 to 3.0 gpt range."

ITEC Company President Rob McIntosh states: "Our project validation by the N.I. 43-101 compliant report regarding mineable tons and grade, combined with the imminent timeline on receipt of our mining permit, has allowed us to aggressively advance the project, such that as soon as we are issued the green light to commence, we will have our mining operations and ultimate gold production in full swing within 45 to 60 days."
