Dynacor Announces Signing of Agreements to Mine and Purchase Mineralized Material from Tumipampa

Dynacor Gold Mines Inc. takes immense pleasure in announcing that it has signed agreements to mine and buy mineralized material from its Tumipampa property with a team of local artisanal miners.

Dynacor has gained an experience of over two decades working in Peru with hundreds of artisanal miners working across the country. These agreements are the first to be completed with artisanal miners on one of the Corporation’s personal properties.

The mining agreement signed by its Peruvian subsidiary Minera Veta Dorada SAC “Veta Dorada” authorizes this group of miners to perform extraction work on a 5.7-ha section in the high-grade vein zone where Dynacor has conducted chief underground exploration programs in the past.

The team of artisanal miners started mining in mid-May and first deliveries are expected in the days to come. All the mineralized material manufactured by these miners will be bought by Veta Dorada on negotiated terms and will subsequently be shifted and processed at its processing plant in Chala.

The artisanal mining sector involved in this agreement is situated beyond the exploration zone intended for the next drilling campaign at Tumipampa (disseminated and brecciated mineralization zone).

The Corporation submitted an application for a new exploration permit covering a larger section of the property. This permit application was submitted to the MEM in March 2018, and this permit is yet to be granted. As soon as it is obtained, drilling will start.
