Goldcliff Starts Field Program at its Nevada Rand Silver/Gold Property

Goldcliff Resource Corporation’s President, George Sanders, has announced that management and consultants of the company have sought, and made a review of, property descriptions and historic reports to start a field program at the newly opted Nevada Rand silver/gold property in Mineral County, Nevada.

So far, this data has revealed the regular occurrence of high-grade gold and silver values. A recently obtained sampling map (May 18th, 1920) of the 200-feet sublevel in the Nevada Rand operations shows a short drift along mineralization and a sample across the face (3 feet and 4 inches or 1 m) grading 76.82 ounces/ton silver, together with 1.99 ounces/ton gold.

A report by Mining Engineer S.E. Montgomery, dated May 16th, 1925, sums up the grades of six shipments of Direct Shipping material with silver grades ranging between 69.60 and 503 ounces/ton silver. Related gold grades ranged between 2.18 and 14.63 ounces/ton.

Further reports by the same author and others reveal that the high silver-to-gold ratio and style of mineralization resemble some of the familiar silver/gold districts in Nevada. Many of these reports have found silver minerals like polybasite, argentite, cerargyrite, and pyrargyrite (ruby silver). Cerargyrite is a silver oxide related to secondary advancement.

The details included in these past reports and maps were prepared in advance of the establishment of National Instrument (NI) 43-101 disclosure requirements, have not been validated by a Goldcliff Qualified Person, and should not be trusted.

Goldcliff does not consider these historical estimates as present mineral resources or mineral reserves. However, the reported place and grade of mineralization will help schedule the primary sampling and drilling of this silver/gold target.

It is anticipated by Goldcliff that it will start its fieldwork in early August. The aim of this exploration phase is to develop drill targets to start the drill permit process. The Nevada Rand target is situated on BLM administered land.

Ed Rockel, P.Geo, is a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. The preparation and verification of the technical information in this news release have been managed by him.
