Black Tusk Announces Start of Diamond Drilling on its Golden Valley Project

Black Tusk Resources Inc. takes great pleasure in announcing that diamond drilling is presently in progress on its Golden Valley Project in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.

In total, 15 locations have been chosen for drilling, with a number of targets demarcated from historic drilling. Preliminary drilling will validate and extend upon the more positive outcomes yielded from historic exploration.

Continued drilling will pursue mineralized structures recorded by the initial drill holes. The structures comprise potential multi-element iron formation mineralization and potential shear-hosted gold mineralization as recorded during historic drilling programs.

Black Tusk personnel will be present on-site, supervising the drilling program. A regional Quebec-based consulting group has been signed up to undertake core logging and core sampling at Black Tusk Resources core shack, situated in Villebois, around 25 km south of the Golden Valley Property.

The Golden Valley Project is situated 26 km south of Hecla Mining Corp’s Casa Berardi Mine, presently in production and located within the Abitibi Greenstone belt that is house to several world-class mineral deposits.

The property can be easily accessed through an already present major road employed for mining and logging.

We are extremely excited to be on the ground here with our exploration team and it has been very pleasing to see the current scale of our operation underway.

Richard Penn, CEO, Black Tusk Resources Inc.
