African Gold Group, Inc. (AGG) has reported the interesting results of prospecting and rock sampling at the latest shear zone on its completely permitted Kobada Gold Project, situated in southern Mali.

The Highlights of the Kobado Gold Project are rock sample results from the earlier untested Gosso target, which is situated 4 km to the East of the main Kobada Shear zone at which all previous exploration of the Company has been aimed at.
Highlights
- Gosso target is situated in a region undrilled earlier, around 4 km East of the Main shear zone and strikes parallel
- Sample #207470 returned 1.10 g/t Au within a grab sample of 2.15 WtKg
- Sample #207471 returned 3.16 g/t Au within a grab sample of 3.02 WtKg
- Sample #207473 returned 4.60 g/t Au within a grab sample of 2.87 WtKg
- Sample #207475 returned 1.87 g/t Au within a grab sample of 2.89 WtKg
We are very happy to report the potential for additional gold resources of this new shear zone. All prior drilling has been focused on the main Kobada Shear zone of which we only have tested 4 km along a total delineated strike of 16km. This Gosso target adds mineralized strike kilometers to our already known Kobada Shear, and we intend to test it by drilling during the next phase of exploration drilling.

Gosso Target
Gosso Target is located parallel to and 4 km East of the Kobada Main Shear zone that extends for a length of at least 5 km, along with rock assays that range from 0.5 to 4.60 g/t Au. Historically, artisanal mining has exposed the Gosso Target to a depth of about 10 m.
The structure of Gosso Target’s mineralization seems to be similar to that of the Kobada Main Shear zone that is situated 4 km to the west and strengthens the prospect of several mineralized deposits on AGG’s regional-scale land package.
So far, drill-tested has been properly done only along 4 km of the main shear zone at the Kobada Gold Project, while the remaining 26 km of recognized gold-bearing shear zones have not yet been tested.
The results of rock sampling at the Gosso Target confirm the AGG’s view that the discovered, yet untested gold-bearing shear zones on its property offer an important chance to expand the resource at the Kobada Gold Project.
AGG will initiate exploration drilling for testing the Gosso Target and the northern extension of the Kobada Main Shear zone.
Kobada Gold Project
The Kobada Gold Project is a completely licensed and permitted sophisticated development project that is situated in the prolific Birimian Greenstone belt in Southern Mali. AGG is committed to wrapping up the definitive feasibility study in Q2 of 2020 as part of the final process before construction starts.
From the year 2019, AGG has finished a drilling campaign summing 11,428 m within the Kobada concession region
