Bedford Metals Corp. (the “Company” or “Bedford”) announced that it has chosen to enter into a definitive option agreement (the “Agreement”) with an arms-length party to purchase the Ubiquity Lake Uranium Project, which is situated in the well-known Athabasca Basin, Canada. Through this agreement, Bedford Metals will be able to add a highly promising uranium project to its current portfolio of mineral properties.

The 1382-hectare Ubiquity Lake Uranium Project is located next to ALX Uranium's Carpenter Lake Project to the east, just south of the Athabasca Basin's lower lip. The project has enormous potential and is located close to the Virgin River Shear Zone, which is parallel to the Cable Bay Shear Zone and contains Cameco's Centennial uranium deposit.
Its location 100 km west of Cameco's former Key Lake uranium mine underscores its strategic importance.
The Ubiquity Lake Uranium Project represents a significant step forward in our mission to create shareholder value. The addition of this highly prospective uranium project to our portfolio gives us the potential to play a role in the new green energy economy.
