BonTerra Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BTR) (FRANKFURT:9BR) announces the completion of the first four drill holes on the Eastern Extension property in 2011.
Two of these four completed holes have been submitted to ALS Chemex of Val d'Or, Quebec for assay. The Company expects to have two more holes sent for assay later this week. All of these holes were drilled to extend the known gold zone both to the east and northwest of BonTerra's BA-10-02 which assayed 21.24 grams/tonne gold over 7.73 metres (as disclosed November 9, 2010 on Stockwatch).
Mitchell Adam, President, states, "BonTerra is pleased with the pace at which drilling has been progressing. Management looks forward to receiving assays throughout the winter to expand the gold zone on the property."
BonTerra continues to drill additional holes in its winter drill program. As the drill program progresses, BonTerra will provide updates including additional assay results as they are received by the Company.
