Brazos International Exploration Plans to Acquire Renfro Energy

Brazos International Exploration (BRZL), completes due diligence for the proposed acquisition of Renfro Energy, a Dallas- based independent oil company with significant oil and gas assets in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.

BRZL is a New York- based oil and gas exploration and development company with initial focus on the acquisition and development of oil and gas assets in the onshore Gulf Coast region. BRZL will purchase assets along with the existing producing and injection wells and developmental and exploration acreage through planned acquisition of Renfro Energy. Subsurface well control and Three Dimensional Seismic data concluded that this land has significant oil reserves.

After the acquisition is completed, Mr. James R. Renfro, currently Managing Member of Renfro Energy will act as CEO of BRZL. Mr. Renfro has over 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, has owned and managed several oil and gas companies including both private and public companies.
