Homeland Resources Announces Completion of Production Wells at Smoky Hill Project

Homeland Resources has completed both the second and third production wells successfully at the Smoky Hill Project in Southern Oklahoma.

When the company conducted drill stem tests, both Marshall-1 and Bradley-1 wells showed good oil flow at a fine pressure and volume. Both the wells have potential for several pay zones that are identified in electric and radiation logs. After the well was perforated, it started flowing oil and gas without the support of acid stimulation or fracture treatment.

Currently, Smoky Creek Project has three successful production wells. The estimated total program reserves have to be developed at the Smoky Hill Drilling Program. Now the reserves can be in the range of 750,000 BO and 0.15 BCFG. At present, the company is dynamically assessing new sites to develop drilling offset for three production wells, based on the exploration success.

The new oil and gas production makes added revenues, which will be utilized for the development of the company.
