Hondo Minerals has planned to complete the Tennessee Mine Processing Plant near Chloride, Arizona.
During 2010, Hondo Minerals started preparing the site and preliminary construction for the Tennessee Processing Plant. Hondo expects to begin the first processing and analyzing of metals recover facility at the Tennessee Mine, during late spring 2011. Gold, silver, zinc, and other metals will be recovered from the mine plant.
Hondo daily processing ability is likely to be at 10-20 tons per day and increase to 50 tons per day in late 2011 and the plant is planning to raise the processing to 200 tons daily in 2012 and 300 tons daily in 2013.
Thomas Burke, mining metallurgical specialist, has performed Independent analysis and shows that tailings and dump material processing can recover 1oz.to 3 oz. gold and approximately 30oz. of silver per ton based on Hondo Minerals' exclusive technology. The company has confirmed that Tennessee and Schuylkill tailings and dumps enclose around a million tons of mineral-rich material for processing.
When the construction of main building is completed, the company will install the processing equipment and expects to begin real leeching and initiate metals recovery.
