Xtreme Oil and Gas has completed the first five -well drilling campaign at the West Thrifty property in Brown County, Texas.
The latest project of Xtreme on this property has targeted the probable regions in the property that are rich in oil and concentrates on three injection wells close to two producing wells. Xtreme will add high pressure saltwater near to the production wells to wash oil to the surface.
It is anticipated that the company will employ waterflooding methodology across the 1,200 plus acres potentially organizing over 20 of the 5-spot prototypes through the next five years to use the 4,500,000 barrels of recoverable oil.
Xtreme has studied the geology of the property and consulted with the experts in geology and engineering to target the high-grade region. The company will receive the final injection endorsement from the Railroad Commission of Texas.
The recent 8,500 acre acquisition by the company in combination with the use of these possible reserves in Texas has provided more than 15,000,000 barrels of recoverable oil over 10,000 acres in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
