Yankee Hat Minerals Evaluates Winter Drilling Program at Fran Property

Yankee Hat Minerals has completely calculated the winter drill program at the Fran property.

All the eight drill holes have gold and extended the potential gold zones of the Bullion Alley area laterally for more than 700 meters. A strike extent of 2 kilometers was estimated to a depth of 300 meters vertically.

The company will further examine the surface projections on the Bullion Alley gold zone in the 2011 summer program and will commence exploration at the east of Fran property. Stream sediment sampling and earlier prospecting has discovered gold and copper mineralization at the property’s east section with interruptions. This segment of the property is steadfast with the geology of the area and possesses important gold-copper porphyry-type deposits such as Mt. Milligan, which is situated 30km to the east.

Yankee Hat has performed additional exploration to find potential gold areas. When the exploration is conducted on the east section of Fran property, it will define the potential targets for drilling.
