St. Eugene Mining has released the step-out and infill drilling results from the 2011 winter diamond drilling of 8 holes totaling 3,234 meters at the Amisk Gold joint venture project.
It has developed the structure along the strike by further 400 meters to the southwest and 150 meters to the north of and under the intangible open pit. The company has intersected 1.02 g/t gold, 2.6 g/t silver over 39.08 metres in hole AL-11-292 and 0.92 g/t gold, 7.9 g/t silver over 36.60 metres in hole AL-11-298.
Now, the joint venture has encountered the mineralized structure over 1,200 meters strike length, 400 meters thickness and more than 600 meters depth. The mineralized system has remained open to the southwest, north and at depth and makes the company to find additional potential.
SRK Consulting of Toronto has prepared the NI 43-101 compliant resource and the technical report. The company has finished the winter drilling program and therefore, none of the 8 holes are incorporated in the resource calculation.
