Galahad Metals Establishes Cut-Grid at Regcourt Gold Property

Galahad Metals has established a cut-grid in the significant Regcourt gold mine shaft region.

Abitibi Geophysics of Val-d'Or in Quebec is scheduled to finish a ground IP survey of the region by mid-May. This survey information will be included by the present down-hole, 3D-IP survey information received this past winter. The company will establish a second grid over a granodiorite infringement that occurs below the east side of the Regcourt property and will prepare a comprehensive exploration program for the future.

Additionally, the company is continuing the Phase II diamond-drilling as planned and has cut the stringers and hydrothermal quartz-tourmaline layers linked to the shear-zones and fractures, in the primary four holes of the program. Galahad is waiting for the assay results.

The property has 53 claims that cover more that 32 km2 in the east of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The 2010-2011 drilling programs are planned to confirm past drill and underground intercepts in the region of the abandoned Regcourt mine and to authenticate the historic resource of 61,000 tons averaging 6.49 g/t gold and to extend the quantity and dimensions of the resource.
