Empire Mining Reports Further Assay Results from Bursa Project

Empire Mining has received further assay results from the drill holes DTH-009, DTH-010, and DTH-018 at the Demirtepe target. This target is on the Bursa copper-gold-silver-molybdenum project in Turkey.

The company has encountered considerable shallow copper-gold-silver skarn mineralization from all the three holes and cut significant grades of molybdenum in the holes DTH-9 and DTH-18. The drilling program has expanded the mineralization to the west and south and has authenticated the mineralization continuity in the main zone along a passage having length and thickness of 270 m and 100 m, respectively.

Empire has 10.6 g/t silver, 1.05% copper, 0.31 g/t gold over 16.7 m and 0.29% molybdenum over 15.5 m in hole DTH-009 and 142.8 g/t silver, 10.8% copper, 3.32 g/t gold over 3.6 m in DTH-010. It has also cut 17.1 g/t silver, 1.37% copper, 0.56 g/t gold over 23.6 m and 1.15% molybdenum over 4.8 m in DTH-018.

The company has drilled approximately 7,000 m totaling 30 core holes at the Demirtepe target. It has also drilled five holes in the north zone, three in between the north and main zones and 22 holes in the main zone. Empire is waiting for the results from holes DTH-11 to DTH-30 and parts of DTH-18.
