San Marco Resources Receives Trench Results from Tecomate Property

San Marco Resources has announced major trenching results from its Tecomate property located in Mexico.

The focus of the ongoing exploration program is on a region that is situated 750 m to the northwest part from the Main zone. The company performs geological mapping at a shear formation that is 200 m broad and demonstrates that this zone is continual along with the Main zone, and also shows a strike of around 1.2 km, which is still open.

The company has encountered 40 g/t silver and 0.56 g/t gold over 83.4 m, 49 g/t silver and 0.96 g/t gold over 36 m at the trenches with a constant 2.5 m rock chip samples. It has also intersected a further trench 18 g/t silver and 0.25 g/t gold over 13 m. Further sampling program will be persisting in both directions and this trench remains open.

The freshly announced trench results accolade the results that are obtained formerly from the Main zone, which includes 1.19 g/t gold and 0.69 g/t gold over 60 m.

Additionally, San Marco has received 0.12 g/t gold, 1.04% copper, 117 g/t silver, 3.7% zinc and 1.0% lead formerly as high-grade sample results from the La Verdosa region. These sample results has shown more prospective for the discovery of many types of mineral deposits at Tecomate.

The company is preparing the NW Zone, Main Zone, La Verdosa and west expansion od the Main zone for drilling and the crews are advancing the support facilities, access roads and camp preparation. It is performing operations to discover further mineralized regions in and around the present surface showings.

The company will include 3,000 m of drilling in the phase I program and this program will be starting shortly. The on site arrival of the second drill rig will be in late October.
