Teras Resources Announces RC Drilling Results from Cahuilla Project

Teras Resources has reported the reverse circulation (RC) drilling results from the Cahuilla gold-silver project, California. This project is a paleo-hot springs and huge epithermal system that contains several high-grade veins, which is present in a wide dispersed gold-silver mineralization body.

The company has drilled 15 holes and has completed assays for primary six holes. The initial aim of this drilling is to extend the prominent mineralization of gold and silver that were outlined by previous drill programs. Teras drilled the initial six holes over 220 m of the strike along the borders and in the famous mineralization region. Inspectorate Laboratory in Nevada assayed the RC samples. The project geologist, Mr. Paul Stubble, gathered the samples and sent them to Inspectorate laboratory for testing.

The company has intersected 1.06 g/t gold over 21.4, 0.72 g/t gold over 41.2 m and 0.58 g/t gold over 13.7 m in hole CAH-127, 0.99 g/t gold over 91.5 m in hole CAH-128, 1.18 g/t gold over 34.4 m and 0.48 g/t gold over 20.1 m in hole CAH-129, 28.6 g/t gold over 1.5 m, 10.3 g/t gold over 9.1 m and 1.71 g/t gold 3.1 m in hole CAH-130, 3.77 g/t gold over 1.5 m and 0.41 g/t gold over 13.7 and 16.8 m in hole CAH-131, 0.48 g/t gold over 68.6 m in hole CAH-132.

Five drill holes out of six ended in mineralized gold anomaly. Teras’s CEO and President, Mr. Peter Leger, stated that the company is delighted with the initial six hole results. The large intercepts have shown the extensive size of near-surface gold and silver mineralization, featuring the Cahuilla project. Since the ongoing program progresses, Teras is expecting to obtain the constant assay results.

During this program phase, the company has scheduled to drill at least 100 holes.
