Cresval Capital Releases Diamond Drilling Results from Bridge River Project

Cresval Capital has announced the assay results of the 2011 diamond drilling conducted at the Bridge River project, which is a copper porphyry target present 40 km towards the northwest part of Gold Bridge, southwest BC.

The 2011 drill campaign included NQ size diamond drilling of 2031.5 m, totaling nine holes. Russnor Breccia was tested by four holes and the Copper Plateau zone was tested by five holes. This drill campaign intersected wide copper mineralization zones.

The Copper Plateau has enclosed a partially exposed copper-in-soil anomaly of 450 x 550 m area. Maximum soil values of 75 ppb Au and 4120 ppm Cu have been produced through the trenching program, which intersected 0.84% Cu over 2.8 m and 0.49% Cu over 4.5 m. The low-grade and broadly spaced drill intersections of 2011 may exist in the outer region of the high-grade mineralization.

The Russnor zone drilling was limited to a breccia containing copper, which previously intersected 1.38% copper over 30.5 m in an old adit, 1.00% copper over 16.2 m and 0.57% copper over 60 m at the canyon of Thunder Creek and 0.30% copper over 36.6 m from partial drill program. Previous work and the 2011 drill program conducted along the east border of an open ended copper-in soil-anomaly has given maximum values of 81 ppb gold, 985 ppm copper and 71.1 ppm molybdenum.

The Bridge River project has enclosed the 5 x 14 km Bridge River pluton, housing extensive porphyry style mineralization of gold, copper, molybdenum and silver in seven showings. Mineralization has dispersed an intrusion-sulfide breccia body and sulphide-quartz, sulphide veins. The type of the deposit is bulk-minable gold-copper-molybdenum-silver.

Diamond drill testing of the Copper Plateau, Windy Copper and Russnor copper in soil anomalies, initial exploration phase at the Nichol showing and potential induced polarization surveys are proposed for the 2012 exploration campaign.
