Trench Results Outline Gold-Silver Targets for Future Drill Program at Pedernal Project in Mexico

Positive results have been reported by Riverside Resources from excavator trenching reporting assays of up to 1.4 g/t Au.

This offers additional proof to support the model that the upper levels of the low sulfidation epithermal district have been exposed by trenching.

Trench results included 15.89 m @ 0.18 g/t Au and 3.4 m @ 0.65 g/t Au. Results demonstrated propagation beyond vein controls. Riverside Resources and its partner, Mexigold will start drilling on the trench as well as on the rock assay target regions.

Mexigold and Riverside, subsequent to the exploration project defined in the NI43-101 report, have done a soil sampling that depicts a huge anomaly over the veins. Soil sampling matched well with the trench regions and may indicate more buried veins. The newly discovered anomalies necessitate further trenching and possibly a wide soil grid program to outline more drill targets. A long, detailed soil program to the north may be carried out when drilling commences.

About four huge vein sets exist in regions of numerous veining of up to 15 m in thickness. Individual veins in the vein sets range from 1 to 4 m wide at surface.

Current trenching has increased the thickness and number of veins, which depict thicknesses in trenches of 10 to 30 m with concurrent anomalous geochemistry. Strike lengths can be expanded with more trenching work. The veins show inconsistent gold and trace element geochemistry, signifying the upper part of an epithermal precious metal system and thereby necessitating drill testing.
