Calvista Gold, a mineral exploration company, declared that it has started the Phase II diamond drilling campaign at its California Valley project. The drilling campaign was started on March 20, 2012, and includes about 5,000 m of triple tube diamond core drilling along with 2,500 m of drilling scheduled for Buenavista and Callejon Blanco prospects.

In addition, the company is making preparations for a phase III drill campaign, which is planned to feature 10,000 m of diamond core drilling. The drilling campaign is anticipated to begin once the Phase II drilling program is completed.
