Texas Wyoming Drilling (TWDL) has declared that the company has signed a contract to lease 13 claims out of 27, which are located on the Quartz Mountain project. This project is situated in Malheur County of Oregon.
A current and wide NI 43-101 Technical Report has shown the existence of reserves that contain 3,526,000 oz of silver and 280 thousand oz of gold.
Besides the SAMREC South African Code and the Australian Stock Exchange JORC Code, NI 43-101 is one of the gold standards available for validating the claims. It is more precise towards Canadian standards and is observed as an appropriate way to guarantee the occurrence of gold on this property or other.
TWDL’s management team has thought that this mine acquisition will help in an economical way, depending on the NI 43-101 technical report that indicates considerable amounts of proven reserves of silver and gold. Currently, the company will mobilize the drill equipment present at the site in Nevada to the site in Oregon, wherein TWDL or LEGACY ROCK Division will supervise the mining operations.
Texas Wyoming Drilling is a diversified mining firm and focuses on gold and other precious metals together with decorative rock and calcium carbonate through its Legacy Rock Division.
