L & L Energy has announced that the HeZhang County Government has chosen the company’s Weishe Mine in Guizhou Province as a model mine.
County officials, including Huang Guangjiang, the secretary of the county, and Allen Liu from the company, led the official tour, on June 5, 2012. More than 170 visitors, also including 30 mine operators, visited the company’s model operations. The Secretary appreciated the company’s advanced mining methods employed in its model mine, and the commitment towards technology and safety.
The Director and former Chairman of L&L’s Department of Mining Engineering at West Virginia University, Dr. Syd Peng carried out a due diligence before the acquisition of Weishe mine and also assisted the supervision of parts of its construction.
According to the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Dickson Lee, L&L can be considered as a leader in safe and efficient exploration operations, especially since the government recognized the Weishe Mine. Furthermore, this recognitionl has reinforced the company’s reputation in the area and will prove to be beneficial to the company, as it strives to combine mines in Guizhou Province, Lee stated.
The company is presently in the expansion phase, and is looking to combine mines in China and extend its business operations. The company is advancing its portfolio for mining and extending its supply distribution network for growth in revenue.
