Endeavour Silver has declared that the exploration drill program conducted at the company’s Bolanitos mine continues to intercepts high-grade gold and silver over mineable thickness and expands the prominent mineralized zone located in the Daniela vein to a length of over 950 m that is still exposed for extension.
Longitudinal Section
The company intersected 15.32 g/t gold and 238 g/t silver over 1.85 m, 2.57 g/t gold and 503 g/t silver over 1.74 in hole DN-40; 1.67 g/t gold and 433 g/t silver over 2.49 m, 1.94 g/t gold and 1,040 g/t silver over 0.42 m in hole DN-44; 4.17 g/t gold and 263 g/t silver over 5.90 m, 10.55 g/t gold and 849 g/t silver over 0.46 m in hole DN-45; 3.37 g/t gold and 236 g/t silver over 3.68 m, 2.44 g/t gold and 169 g/t silver over 6.48 m, and 1.64 g/t gold and 130 g/t silver over 2.37 m in hole DN-49; and 0.67 g/t gold and 541 g/t silver over 0.61 m in hole DN-54; 1.50 g/t gold and 944 g/t silver over DN-59.
According to Endeavour Silver’s Director and CEO, Bradford Cooke, the exploration drill program performed at the Daniela vein is presently expanding the high grades of gold and silver mineralization towards the northern part. The Daniela vein was identified adjacent to the Lucero vein in late 2010 but the drilling results have shown the vein to be the best discovery. The company will prepare an updated resource calculation by this year’s end. The Daniela vein is being developing as a portion of this year’s mine plan for the Daniela-Fernanda-Karina-Lucero region.
