Forte Dynamics Inc., a consulting and engineering company that specializes in open pit resource and reserve modeling, mine planning, blasting analysis, metallurgy, project planning, recovery modeling, detailed engineering, and EPCM services, has been hired by Tactical Resources to help with PEA planning.
A thorough evaluation of the data being gathered to finish a projected N.I. 43-101 technical report on the Peak Project is part of the PEA work plan preparation efforts. This also involves continuous metallurgical testing by Kemetco Research Inc. and Turnstone Metallurgical Services, historical data, and findings from recently finished field sampling.
To move the Peak Project from its present form to a finished PEA, Forte has begun work on developing and establishing a comprehensive plan. To do a gap analysis and make recommendations to move the project forward, Forte suggests including all prior work and metallurgical testing data.
The gap analysis will assess the quantity and quality of historical data and provide recommendations on the areas where more work will be needed to finish a PEA. The final product of this work will include a PEA roadmap for the larger Sierra Blanca land package as well as materials already in the fines stockpile and in the long term.
Our enthusiasm continues to grow as we add expert investigative horsepower to this exciting REE project. Given our early property estimation and the fact our location is just two miles southeast of the Round Top Rare Earth Element project owned by the joint Texas Minerals Resources Corporation and USA Rare Earth operation, we felt it prudent to act decisively.
Ranjeet Sundher, CEO, Tactical Resources Corp.
“This led to the recently announced strategic decision to amend our agreement with the owners of the Sierra Blanca quarry to strengthen our offtake position and include the option to acquire the entire project area. Amidst the backdrop of turbulent world events, our strategic goals for our Texas project remain stronger than ever,” Sundher said.
The online marketing agreement between Tactical Resources and Promethean Marketing, Inc. has been lengthened.
As a result, Tactical Resources will now receive corporate marketing and investor awareness services from Promethean Marketing, Inc., including but not restricted to content production management, author sourcing, program management, and digital media distribution.
The Company has agreed to offer the Provider a media distribution budget of US$250,000 for one month’s worth of services in exchange for the Services.
