Typhoon Exploration has added a fourth drill at the Fayolle Project, along Aurizon Mines.
In order to verify the size and geometry of the Fayolle Deposit, two drills are activated for definition drilling. Other two drills are assigned for systematic exploration drilling that cover Fayolle Property so as to analyze diverse targets and geophysical inconsistencies along the promising strip that measures 2.5 km long by 1.0 km wide.
The completion of 28 holes out of 29 has encountered significant high-grade gold in 2010.
The Fayolle Project includes approximately 15 km of Porcupine-Destor Fault, which produced 80 million ounces of gold and confirms geological and structural resemblances with the South Barnat Deposit, Kerr-Addison Mine and Beattie Mine.
Finally, some exploration work is underway at the high-favourable zone, which is above 2 km from the Fayolle Deposit.
All drill cores use "CorientR" tool for measuring their geological structures.
Typhoon signs a $27 million contract with Aurizon Mines to develop the Fayolle gold Project situated in Abitibi's developing mining projects.
