Hunt Mining has reported the new core drilling assay results from the Amanda–Cecilia vein formation in Veta Norte zone of the La Josefina project in Argentina. These drilling results have continued to verify the high-grade gold, silver and base metal in different mineralized formations in the La Josefina project.
The company has intersected 85.12 g/t gold, 337 g/t silver and 26.97% lead over 0.38 meters in hole SVN-D11-271. It has also cut 31.92 g/t gold and 220 g/t silver and 1.54 % copper over 0.50 meters in hole SVN-D11-272 and 11.60 g/t gold over 0.40 meters including 4.43 g/t gold and 96.22 g/t silver over 1.50 meters in hole SVN-D11-275.
The other holes SC-D11-273, 274, 276, and 277 have encountered 10.62 g/t gold, 304 g/t silver and 3.04 % lead, 3.56 % copper.
Hunt has mobilized the drill rig from Veta Norte zone to the Sinter zone at La Josefina. Exploration is continuing at the El Gateado project using further drill rigs. Soon, it will be moved to the La Josefina project.
Previous to this program, the Veta Ailin zone was subjected to partial historical drilling and the Veta Ailin ore shoot was not incorporated in the latest technical report of the La Josefina project created in agreement with the National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101").
