Galore Resources has received further encouraging gold results from a trenching program at El Álamo, which is situated at the north end of the Dos Santos property in Zacatecas state, Mexico. Recently, the field crews have finished trenching 1,020 metres in 10 trenches. The location of El Álamo claim is around 14 kilometres north of La Palma.
The company has received further 274 analyses from the El Álamo claim. Anomalous gold is present in most of the samples along with gold pathfinder elements. The excellent gold results are present in uneven zones of carbonate-hosted, silicified breccia and silicification zones. Regular unbroken channel and chip samples have been taken in a sharply falling changed limestone beds in a north-south direction.
Acme Analytical Laboratories in Vancouver have tested the samples through Aqua-Regia absorption and ICP-MS on a 30-gram sample.
The samples that are remaining are anomalous in arsenic, gold, thallium, mercury, barium, and antimony. The company has sent additional samples for analysis and the results will be released when the assays are received.
Galore has planned to drill at El Álamo and it may include geophysical study to describe the drill targets additionally.
