Vantex Resource to Drill at Moriss Zone-Galloway Project

Vantex Resources will commence a drill program at the Moriss showing, which is located in the Galloway project in Rouyn-Noranda. The company will begin the program in early September 2011.

This drilling program will examine Moriss zone’s west expansion and the dip of the five diverse gold zones, which were identified formerly through the drilling program in 2010 and 2011.

The company is additionally planning for a surface stripping program in order to better understand the recent and significant gold showing. The Moriss zone yielded several high-grade gold intersections during the former drill program. The Management gives top priority to this Moriss showing and Vantex will prepare a resource estimate as the ongoing drilling program results are received.

Considering that the present resource estimate is being done at the GP zone, Toronto-based SRK Consulting has planned to complete the report during this fall. In addition, Rouyn-Noranda’s URSTM will continue with the dissimilar analysis at the ore present in the GP zone. These analyses will assess the GP zone for its gold resource recovery, through gravimetry and cyanidation, its ore density and grindability. The company will send 3 Mt samples to the University lab and the sample results will be received this fall.

The location of the Hurd zone is 1 km from the GP zone at the North-eastern expansion will also be an additional location for a surface stripping program. Historical information demonstrates the existence of molybdenum, gold and silver at the surface and in the former drill holes.
