Hunt Mining has reported the results of the most recent drilling program from the Veta Norte zone, which is situated on the La Josefina project, Argentina.
The company has drilled 20 holes at the Veta Norte region, wherein three holes are drilled between the Veta Sur vein shoot and the Amanda-Cecilia vein systems discovered formerly. This drill results is supporting to connect these individual vein systems and includes a further strike length of 200 m to the mineralization identified along the Veta Norte trend.
The company is continuing the drill campaign at the La Josefina project and is currently targeting the recently discovered Andrea zone and Sinter zone. It will announce the further drilling results from the Andrea and Sinter zones once they are obtained. The company is continuing the addition of employees, groundwork of drill sites and infrastructure development for a main spring drilling program in Argentina, which is likely to commence during October 2011.
The company has intersected 14.4 g/t gold, 77.9 g/t silver over 0.44 m, 4.33 g/t gold, 26.02 g/t silver over 1.72 m in the hole SVN-D11-323, 4.93 g/t gold, 86.67 g/t silver over 1.00 m in the hole SVN-D11-326, 1.39 g/t gold, 196.75 g/t silver over 0.95 m in the hole SVN-D11-327.
