Colibri Resource Provides Details on Exploration at Ramard Silver Property

Colibri Resource has provided details on the activities at the Ramard silver property, which is situated 100 km towards the northeast part of Hermosillo in Sonora.

The company completed 2,400 m of drilling campaign at the site during April and May of 2011. It has completed the rock chip, fall and soil grid sampling program over 10 sq. km. This is added information to the rock chip and soil sampling completed formerly on the location.

During November, SJ Geophysics was engaged by the company to perform an Induced Polarization (IP) survey at the property. This IP survey has enclosed around 2000 ha of the claim location and the company will complete field work by December 22. The LaBronca zone will be covered in the survey, wherein previous drilling campaign was conducted and regions towards the southwest part are called "Picacho" and "Verde" zones. Additionally, the geologists from Colibri will complete the geological mapping in regions enclosed by the rock and soil grid, during the IP survey. The company utilizes this IP survey to spot the anomalous-resistivity and chargeability areas, which are geophysical features connected with the mineralization. Targets formed through the geophysical survey will be associated with rock chip and surface soil samples. Geological mapping will confirm the formerly identified drilling sites and fresh drill targets. Colibri will start a 2000 m diamond drilling campaign, when this geological mapping and IP survey is completed. This drill program has been scheduled to commence during January, 2012.
