The president of HELLIX VENTURES, Frank Underhill, has declared the check assay results. This outcome is based on Hole HVM12-05 from the drill 2012 program that was achieved recently on its Margarita gold project in southern Arizona.
The results were received from an independent assay laboratory. Skyline Laboratories in Tucson, Arizona, presented the initial results on all twelve holes, which was declared on April 18, 2012.
Hellix technical personnel expressed doubts regarding the check assays due to the absence of anomalous gold values from the Hole HVM12-05’s original assays, wherein the split core represents similarities to adjoining Main Margarita zone drilled-surface core of holes that returned higher gold values.
From the numerical values that resulted from Skyline’s initial testing of the core, one gold mineralized 5-foot interval of Hole HVM12-05. Further values were based on ALS Minerals’ check assays of the same hole representing a 25-foot interval from surface gold of 3.70 g /MT.
Skyline Laboratories in Tucson, Arizona offered specific pulp samples from HVM12-05 to ALS Minerals in Reno, Nevada for the check assays. The ISO-credited ALS Minerals in Reno, Nevada validated the pulps for gold through the fire assay with gravimetric finish. One blank and two standards were meant for QA/QC purposes.
The Company plans to re-assay the select pulps resulting from mineralized intersections on the entire holes. Re-assay will be conducted by a third independent assay lab as an analysis confirmation of the original assays.
