Ex-Im Bank Provides $48.6 Million In Financing For U.S. Green-Technology Exports To Biogas Project In Brazil

FirmGreen Inc., a small renewable-energy company based in Newport Beach, Calif., and other U.S. green-technology suppliers are benefiting from a $48.6 million loan from the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) supporting exports of equipment and services for the development of the Novo Gramacho biogas project in Brazil.

Chile's National Energy Commission Looks To Argus For Energy Price Information

The Chilean National Energy Commission (CNE) has decided to switch its data provider for energy markets to leading energy and commodity price reporting agency Argus. The CNE will use Argus for all of its crude oil, petroleum products, biofuels, LPG and freight information from 23 May 2012.

HRT O&G Concludes Drill-Stem Test at Solimôes Basin

HRT O&G Exploracao e Producao de Petroleo Ltd, a subsidiary of HRT Participacoes em Petroleo has concluded drill-stem test at Block SOL-T-170 and 1-HRT-6-AM on the Solimôes Basin. Well 1-HRT-6-AM showed results of oil and gas at two intervals at a depth of 3.384m and net pay of 4 and 8m at Devonian Reservoirs.
