Kiska Enters into Definitive Option Agreement with Chlormet for Chuchi Property

("Chlormet") pursuant to which Kiska has been granted the exclusive right to earn 100% of the interest of Chlormet in the Chuchi Property (the "Project") located in British Columbia.

BE Takes Active Steps Towards Completing Intended JV with Cunningham Energy

BE Resources Inc. ("BE" or the "Company") announces that it continues to take active steps towards completing its intended joint venture (the "Joint Venture") with Cunningham Energy, LLC ("Cunningham"), of Charleston, West Virginia to acquire approximately 425 acres of oil leases in the Stringtown, Rock Creek, and Green Creek oil fields (collectively known as the "Oil Leases") within the Smithfield District in West Virginia, and not less than approximately 400 additional acres to be agreed upon, contiguous to the Oil Leases, with a further first right of refusal to acquire additional oil leases to be agreed, being a minimum of 1,000 acres in area and allowing for a potential of up to an additional 15 horizontal oil wells, as announced by news release dated July 31, 2014.

Morien and Kameron Enter Into Definitive Sale Agreement for Donkin Coal Project

Morien Resources Corp., is pleased to announce it has entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement with Kameron Collieries ULC, an affiliate of The Cline Group LLC, for the sale of Morien's 25% interest in the Donkin Coal Project in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Kameron currently holds a 75% interest in Donkin, having acquired it from Glencore PLC on December 3, 2014.
