Pacific Iron Ore Announces Increase in Iron Resources Within Bugaboo Creek Project

Pacific Iron Ore Corporation (TSX.V: POC), announces that inferred resources have nearly doubled to 14.3 million tonnes grading 60 percent recoverable magnetite within in the Bugaboo Creek iron deposits. A cut-off of 20 percent magnetite was used in the determination of this resource.

Woulfe Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:WOF) has announced that Korea Zinc Co. Ltd. has completed its initial phase of due diligence and is satisfied with the Company's data. Korea Zinc wishes to progress the Strategic Partner transaction as announced on November 23rd 2010. New Look to Baffinland's Board

The Baffinland Iron Ore company has a set of new owners and several new faces on its board of directors. The company which was recently taken over by ArcelorMittal and Nunavut Iron Ore has seen five of its old board member resign. The board has also been increased in size from 9 to 11 members.

Brazilian Gold Signs Option Agreement to Acquire Santa Julia Gold Project in Brazil

Brazilian Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:BGC) has announced they have signed an option agreement through their wholly owned subsidiary, Regent Brazil Holdings Ltd., to acquire 100% of the Santa Julia gold project located approximately 43 kilometres north of the town of Novo Progresso, which is situated along the Santarem – Cuiabá (BR-163) highway in Pará state, northern Brazil.
