Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. takes immense pleasure in informing shareholders that it has obtained additional mineral rights in the Joutel gold and base metal mining camp of Quebec.
Globex already possesses three former mines in the Joutel Mining Camp, namely, the Eagle Mine (gold), the Joutel Mine (copper/zinc), and the Poirier Mine (copper/zinc). All three former mines include historical resources and underground access through drifts and shafts.
Recently, more than 10 km of the Eagle Mine horizon became accessible and Globex was able to obtain the whole strike length. The claims have come across historical exploration such as drilling. The drilling identified the underlying mine horizon of interest across the whole acquired property. Several gold intersections are reported or denoted. Most of the older drill records suggest potential geology (sulfides, quartz veins, alteration) but usually, they are either little or not assessed.
Globex plans to collect the historical data and look for an option partner or buyer for the future Joutel Mining Camp package.
Globex would also like to inform shareholders that drilling is supposed to begin next week on their 100% owned Francoeur/Arntfield Gold Mines property. As earlier reported in their press release dated on February 12th, 2019, the target will be on the South Gold Zone and 450 Gold Zone.
