Integral Metals Partners for Initial Exploration at Woods Creek

Integral Metals Corp. (the “Company” or “Integral”) announced the start of Phase I exploration on its Woods Creek Project in Montana. The initiative will be implemented in collaboration with Big Rock Exploration (“BRE”), a renowned geological consulting company that focuses on mineral exploration.

The Woods Creek Project is considered prospective for rare earth elements (REEs) and gallium, based on nearby projects and local geological indicators, despite being located in a structurally complex shear zone.

Exploration potential is supported by the presence of carbonatite dikes and associated alterations in nearby diorite lithologies, along with confirmed occurrences of rare earth elements in grab samples collected during prospecting in 2024.

Phase I activities will focus on analyzing available sample materials and compiling historical geochemical, geophysical, and structural data to refine exploration targets.

The results of previous geochemical and geophysical surveys will be thoroughly reviewed in this phase, with all relevant data integrated into a GIS database. The study will also evaluate geological, geophysical, and structural features to prioritize exploration efforts.

We are excited to launch Phase I of our exploration program at Woods Creek with Big Rock Exploration. Their expertise in mineral targeting and data integration will be invaluable as we refine our geological model and advance towards field-based exploration.

Paul Sparkes, Chief Executive Officer, Integral Metals Corp.

Integral Metals has partnered with BRE through a structured agreement that follows a phased approach to exploration. BRE's technical capabilities will support early-stage analysis and data compilation. The scope of work is expected to be completed in the upcoming quarter.
