Bravada Gold Starts Core Drilling at East Manhattan Project, Nevada

Bravada Gold has commenced core drilling at its fully owned East Manhattan low-sulfidation gold/silver project. It is anticipated that this core drilling will comprise five holes, totally around 1000 metres and will make up for the previously received gold intercepts through reverse-circulation.

This project has 84 claims and is situated along the prolific gold trends. The location of this East Manhattan is in Nye County, Nevada, about 19km southeast of the massive low-sulfidation Round Mountain Gold mine.

The initial hole at East Manhattan is located around 61 metres down dip of two major gaps in hole EM08010. The company has intersected 2.868 g/t gold over 91.4m and 0.805 g/t gold over 118.9m. Bravada Gold has planned to drill additional holes similar to the formerly drilled mineralized zones along the strike and down dip. Mineralization exists in the easterly trending layer zone above 1000m all along the strike and around surface wide of 250m. These layers look like a branch in cross section having northerly layers sinking to south and southerly layers dipping to north. The potential targets will occur in the area where veins cut the unconformity between Tertiary felsic volcanic rocks and primary metamorphosed Paleozoic deposits.
