Ginguro Exploration has completed winter drilling campaign at the Grigg/Stobie and Four Corners properties. The company has received all assays related to this drilling program.
The geology of the rock series that is examined in the section of drilling at the Four Corners proposes the presence of a paleo-placer channel. But the drilling results from the Four Corners and Grigg/Stobie has shown only moderate anomalous gold content. South African technical group of the company will study the drill cores in the upcoming weeks.
Currently, drilling has been mobilized to Pardo property of the company. The widespread geological work and 2010 drilling conducted at this property have confirmed the geological procedure, which is identical to world's largest gold deposits at the Witwatersrand basin in South Africa. Numerous extensively spaced step out holes that is sited over 4 kilometers along the paleo-channel axis have been intended to assist in finding the delta region of the paleo-placer.
In 2010, Ginguro has drilled and discovered a gold-bearing channelized conglomerate reef, which is around 400 metres broad by 3,600 metres long.
Drilling at Pardo in 2010 identified a gold-bearing channelized conglomerate reef that is approximately 400 metres wide by 3,600 metres long. The gold-bearing reef is open along the extension of the channel.
