Josephine Mining has announced the acceleration of the development of the Turner-Albright Gold Project and has commenced an in-fill drill program.
It has planned to spend $1.2 MM to drill 12,000 ft. Josephine has planned to start drilling during the second quarter of 2011. The objective of this twelve drill hole campaign is to progress the mineral resource categorization and raise the total resource tonnage. This program will validate the recent results from the previous drilling.
This Cyprus-type mineral resource is hosting the ophiolite volcanogenic immense sulfide gold, copper and zinc deposit. The company is holding the complete drill hole and will execute additional assay verification.
The ongoing work is aimed at preparation of the initial feasibility study that is to be finished in 2012. Josephine has planned to finish the geologic and metallurgical geologic information of the proposed drilling this year. Technical workers of the company are permitting, directing, design and engineering activities of the project, and are moreover organizing on-site attempts for the recent drilling program.
